Olives
Ms. Olives is a Project Manager/Consultant, bringing
over 17 years of information systems and business
process experience. She has a strong business
process to IT design and implementation background,
with emphasis on managing the translation of
business requirements to technology solutions.
Prior to joining Catalyst Consulting, Ms. Olives
spent five years in Big 5 consulting, leading
Fortune 500 companies through process improvements,
organizational change and customer software implementations.
She has functional experience in IT, consumer
products, professional services, financial services,
order processing, supply chain, and customer
relationship management. Ms. Olives also co-founded
an on-line financial company providing individual
investment advisory services. More recently,
Ms. Olives led the technical infrastructure development
as Director of Technology for an Internet B2B
Application Service Provider. Her greatest strengths
are her ability to lead teams in designing and
implementing technology solutions, her ability
to understand and apply technology to complex
business issues, and her strong customer service
focus.
Lane holds an MBA from Cornell University, a
Masters in Information Systems from Georgia State
University and a Bachelors in Accounting from
Clemson University. Lane has 6 years of experience
implementing Clarity/Niku, with engagements ranging
from standard implementations for 50 users to
complex, highly-customized solutions for 3000+
